Ideal for your canal, wharf, or quayside, this low-relief 4-storey building is the same as JSM23, but with loading doors to the centre. 290mm wide, it is 55mm deep and 230mm high approx. (11 ½" wide, 2" deep, and 9" high).
This kit can be combined with other kits in this range (Canal Warehouse Front JSM13, Back JSM33, and Ends 1 & 2 JSM43 & JSM53) to make larger structures and mill complexes.
Model features:
Windows/doorframe which can be individually removed from the main building for painting & glazing separately, and re-fitted afterwards (makes painting the frames so much easier!);
Includes 8x blanking panels which can replace any of the window pieces to depict blocked-up windows;
Loading bay doors can be modelled as either closed or open;
Internal floors to all levels;
Laser-cut tile strips for the roof.
The kit includes:
6x sheets of parts (5 at 2mm thick, 1 at 3mm thick) laser-cut from high-quality laser-grade MDF;
1x A4 sheet of laser cut card tile strips for the roof;
1x sheet clear acetate for glazing;
Full assembly instructions.
