This kit is based on the full “Canal Warehouse” kit, and builds into a sizeable 3-storey rail-served warehouse, factory, or large goods shed. It features large double-doors at either end allowing a goods siding to run right through. Inside is a full-length loading platform which feeds through to the road loading bay at the front, which in turn has a lucam over to permit loading & unloading from the upper floors. Access for personnel is provided via a door at either end, with steps to ground level which can be placed to the left, right, or straight ahead of each door.
The building has a footprint of 290 x 165mm (excluding the steps at either end) with a total overall height of 215mm.
The kit includes optional parts to model any of the doors either open or closed, as well as blanking panels which can be used to block off some of the windows.
It is available from stock in a stone finish; a brick version is also possible, on a cut-to-order basis.
Each kit is made in the UK from a combination of 2mm and 3mm high-quality MDF, and also includes laser-cut card roof slates, glazing material for the windows, as well as full-colour illustrated assembly instructions.
