Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Items that are in stock will usually be dispatched straight away, although please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched, particularly during busy periods.

Items marked as cut to order are manufactured once your order is received, we aim to do this within 4-6 weeks, however if we expect there to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know.

If you have an urgent requirement or need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Overseas Shipping

Some countries/regions are not yet set up for automatic shipping costs; if the checkout page does not show any shipping options, please email us and we will be happy to add your location.
